This paw-some contest, benefiting the humane societies of the Treasure Valley, gives pet owners a chance to show off their lovable four-legged friends in their spookiest Halloween gear!  Entrants will pay $1.00 for each pet to be judged and voters will pay $0.25 per entry.  The Idaho Press will donate 20% of the total proceeds, split equally between the West Valley Humane Society, the Idaho Humane Society, and the Meridian Valley Humane Society.
